Because our products are custom-made specifically for you with your unique names, dates, or messages, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Once a personalized order is placed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We only offer a replacement or a full refund if your product arrives damaged during transit or if there is a manufacturing defect on our part. To be eligible for a replacement, you must record an unboxing video showing the damage clearly and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once we verify the damage, we will process your replacement at no extra cost to you.
