However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.

  1. Returns: You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  2. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 6-8 days, depending on the nature of return (COD/pre-paid).
  3. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item to us and shipping the new item to you.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Non-Returnable Products: Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable (irrespective of refunds/exchange policies above), unless damaged during transit, claimed with valid video proof.
    • Customized or Personalized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
